Tag size is US 6 and runs true to size. 
Has a boned corset bodice with a padded bust. High low skirt with a train. Outer layer is 100% silk and the lining is polyester. Zipper closure. 
Excellent gently used vintage condition. 

Around armpits : 31. 5 inches and gives to 33 inches 

Waist : 27.5-28.5 inches 

Hips : 39.5-41 inches 

Length : 31.5 to 62 inches (measured from the front of the neckline of the shortest and longest points of the hem)
