Vintage 90’s Layered Princess Gown (XS/S)

Would best fit a petite size US 2-4. 
There back of the neckline has elastic so it stretches but the rest is not stretchy. The underlay is a polyester satin and the outer is black mesh. 

Brand new with tags from the late 90’s. 

Around armpits : 28 inches and stretches to 35 inches

Waist : 27-29 inches

Hips : 40.5 inches

Length : 52-57 inches

Model is 5’4” for reference.
