Stretchy and pullover. Form fitting bodice with a slightly flared skirt. 
The outer layer is stretchy tulle and the underlay is ity knit. 

28 inches around armpits and stretches to 33 inches

34 inches around hips and stretches past 39 inches 

56.5 inches long
