Would best fit a petite size US 2. 

Super stretchy double knit polyester. 

The waistband doesn’t stretch as much as the rest. 

32 inches around bust 

24.5 inches around waist 

34.5 inches around hips 

53 inches from shoulder to hem 

Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and doubled. Material has more than 2 inches of stretch

There are some paint marks on the left shoulder which aren’t very noticeable when worn.
