Vintage 90’s Buckle Waist Low Rise Flares (25”)

Would best fit a 25” waist. Can also stretch to fit a smaller 26” waist. 

Stretchy and has a zipper closure underneath the buckles. 

Mid to low rise with slim, flared legs. 
Has some minor fading from age.
