Stretchy, form fitting bodice and pullover. Subtle ruching on the waist and has a mini train. 
Lightly padded bust. 

Around bust : 31 inches and stretches past 37 inches

Waist : 25 inches and stretches past 30 inches

Hips : 38 inches and stretches past 46 inches

Length : 57-61.5 inches

There is some discoloration on the hem and a few pinpoint faded marks on the skirt which are not visible unless being examined.
