Tag size is a US 10 but runs slightly smaller. Fits more like a size US 8. 
Material is non stretch silk and rayon blend. The bodice has flexible boning. Hidden zipper closure. Lots of beading on the bodice. Comes with the matching sash. Padded cups. 

36.5 inches around armpits and gives to almost 38.5 inches 

28 inches around waist and stretches to 31.5 inches 

36 inches around high high and gives to 38.5 inches 

54 inches long from the front of the neckline to hem
