Super stretchy, form fitting and pullover. Has a lightly padded bust. Has halter ties and ruffle detail on one side. Ruched waist. 
Excellent gently used vintage condition. 

Around armpits : 29.5 inches and stretches to 35 inches 

Waist : 24 inches and stretches to 30 inches 

Hips : 35 inches and stretches past 44 inches 

Length : 57 inches from neckline to hem
