Would best fit a 27-28” waist. 

They have a mid to low rise fit. 
Zip fly. 
Waistband doesn’t have much rest but the legs/hips do. 

Around waist : 31-32.5 inches

Rise : 10.5 inches

Hips : 38 inches and stretches to 43 inches

Inseam : 3 inches

Total length : 11.5 inches
