Vintage 90’s Formal 2 Piece (S)

Would best fit a US size 2-4 (petite). 
The bustier top has flexible plastic boning and an adjustable lace up back. The skirt is high waisted and has an A-line silhouette with a zipper closure in the back. Both pieces are non stretch.
