Vintage 90’s Velvet Midi Dress (M)

Would best fit a size US 6. Can also work for a curvy size US 4. Tag size is M but runs smaller. 
Made by Free People in the late 90’s. 

Non stretch crushed velvet material. Close fitting and has a hidden zipper closure. 

Around armpits: 31 inches and gives to 34.5 inches 

Waist : 27-28.5 inches 

Hips : 39-41 inches 

Length : 42 inches
