Vintage Y2K Pleated Hem Skirt (S)

Would best fit a 26-27” waist (petite). 
Spandex blend denim. Has a zip fly. The waistband does not stretch a lot but the rest has plenty of stretch. 

Around waist : 29-30.5 inches

Hips : 35 inches and stretches past 40 inches

Length : 15 inches
